A network of supportive secondary schools across Birmingham is seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Daily Supply Teachers to cover short-term, day-to-day, and block absences across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Classroom Delivery: Deliver set cover work effectively, ensuring students remain focused, supported, and on-task throughout each lesson.

Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, orderly learning environment by applying each individual school’s behaviour management policies.

Adaptability: Confidently teach across a range of subjects and age groups within Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

Professionalism: Provide concise feedback to regular class teachers at the end of the day and ensure classrooms are left tidy and organized.

Qualifications & Skills: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE, strong classroom management, flexibility, and a clear Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service.
