The Behaviour and Inclusion Officer will support the implementation of the school's behaviour policy and help maintain high standards of conduct throughout the school day. Responsibilities will include:
- Responding to behaviour incidents
- Supporting students who have been removed from lessons
- Recording concerns and helping coordinate appropriate follow-up interventions

Applicants should have experience working with children or young people in a school, behaviour support, youth work or pastoral setting. Experience supporting secondary-aged students and responding to challenging behaviour would be particularly advantageous.
Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, conflict-resolution and relationship-building skills. They must be confident maintaining boundaries, applying policies consistently and handling sensitive information appropriately. The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, organised and committed to helping students improve their behaviour and access their education. An understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice is essential.
