The Role

Working alongside the Estates Lead and school teams, you'll support the smooth running of school sites through planned maintenance, repairs, and compliance activities. Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out general maintenance and repair work
  • Completing basic plumbing, decorating, and DIY tasks
  • Responding quickly to reactive maintenance issues
  • Opening, securing, and monitoring school buildings
  • Completing routine health and safety inspections
  • Working alongside external contractors on planned works
  • Supporting compliance and estates improvement projects
  • Providing cover across other schools when required

The Successful Candidate
