Our client is seeking an articulate, hands-on Design & Technology ECT to join their high-performing department from September. You will deliver dynamic practical and theoretical lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE Product Design / DT), with opportunities to contribute to post-16 vocational and A-Level courses.
The department boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including 3D printing suites, laser cutters, CNC routers, and CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, 2D Design). You will guide students through structural principles, material properties, iterative design, and non-examined assessment (NEA) portfolios.

Experience and Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE completion expected by July
Degree in Design & Technology, Product Design, Industrial Design, or Mechanical Engineering
Solid understanding of workshop health and safety protocols and modern CAD/CAM software
Enthusiasm for practical problem-solving and inspiring future designers and engineers
