The Role – What You’ll Do

- Promote high expectations for behaviour, engagement, and achievement.

Person Specification
- Essential
- Degree in Business or a related subject.
- QTS/PGCE (or equivalent).
- Strong subject knowledge across core Business topics.
- Evidence of effective classroom practice.
- Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
- Experience with AQA or Edexcel specifications.
- Evidence of strong exam outcomes.
- Experience supporting enrichment or enterprise activities.
- Ability to contribute to Economics is desirable but not essential.
