Your Role as Head of Religious Studies- Provide inspirational leadership and vision for the Religious Studies Department.

- Teach engaging, intellectually challenging lessons that promote independent thought and debate.

- Contribute actively to the Humanities Faculty and wider school community.
- Degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Philosophy, or a closely related field.
- A formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g. PGCE).
- Proven experience teaching Religious Studies to A Level.
- Demonstrated leadership or management experience within a school setting.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The legal right to work in the UK.
