Role OverviewAs a Year 1 Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver structured, engaging lessons across the Year 1 curriculum

- Promote positive behaviour, independence, and resilience
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leadership
- Support pupils’ social and emotional development alongside academic growth
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers
- Participate in staff meetings, CPD, and school-wide initiatives
