The Role
Teaching general Science up to GCSE and leading key blocks of A-Level Chemistry
Planning and delivering practical, hands-on lessons that make science engaging
Supporting students of all abilities to maintain high standards of progress
Contributing to the school's vibrant community through science clubs
Working collaboratively within the faculty to share planning and resources
Requirements
Applicants must have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in a core Scientific discipline, with strong subject knowledge in Chemistry
Experience teaching UK curriculum Science to GCSE and Chemistry to Key Stage 5
Strong classroom management skills
The legal right to work in the UK
Salary & Hours
Salary: M1 β UPS3 (Outer London Pay Scale)
Hours: Part-time (Up to 0.6 FTE equivalent)
