An Outstanding rated secondary school in Barking & Dagenham is seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Business Studies to begin their induction in a supportive Social Sciences department from January 2026.

You will teach Business Studies and possibly vocational courses (e.g., BTEC) across KS4/5. Your induction will focus heavily on assessment methodology, curriculum differentiation for mixed-ability groups, and preparing students for the rigours of external examinations and vocational assignments.
