- Support students of all abilities through inclusive and differentiated teaching strategies.
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Drama, Dance or Performing Arts qualifications.
- Develop students’ confidence in practical performance, collaboration and communication.
- Contribute to curriculum development and the creation of engaging schemes of work.
- Support extracurricular opportunities including productions, performances, clubs and enrichment activities.
- Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Contribute positively to the wider pastoral and cultural life of the school.
