A large secondary school in Derby is looking to appoint a dedicated Attendance & Family Liaison Officer to strengthen its pastoral provision from January 2026.

The Role

This role sits at the heart of the school's pastoral systems and focuses on improving attendance through early intervention data monitoring and positive family engagement. You will:

  • Monitor daily attendance and punctuality
