An Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Newham is seeking an Attendance & Admissions Officer to join its support staff team on a permanent basis. This role would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys working closely with students, families, and staff while helping to improve attendance and support the admissions process.

The Role

  • Monitoring student attendance and punctuality
  • Managing admissions enquiries and applications
  • Producing attendance reports and data analysis
  • Liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies
  • Supporting safeguarding and pastoral teams
  • Maintaining accurate student records

Requirements

  • Previous school administration experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Salary, Hours & Benefits
