Assistant Site Manager required January 2026 for a mixed secondary school based in Waltham Forest. The Assistant Site Manager will support whole-school operations and supervise caretaking duties.
Our Client is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work alongside the Site Manager in overseeing maintenance, health & safety compliance, contractor supervision, security, and day-to-day operation of a large school estate.
School Information: This 11–18 school educates around 1,600 students and has a strong reputation for organisation, behaviour, and investment in facilities. The premises team benefits from excellent equipment, a long-standing leadership structure, and clear communication with the business and safeguarding teams.
