Your Role as a Drama ECT

  • Deliver exciting and inspiring Drama lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
  • Foster students’ creativity, confidence, and collaboration through performance and devising work.
  • Receive ongoing mentorship and feedback to support your professional development.
  • Take part in regular CPD sessions to strengthen your teaching practice.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through productions, clubs, and extracurricular activities.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A committed Drama graduate with QTS (or working towards it).
  • Passionate about teaching Drama and developing students’ confidence and creativity.
