Are you a creative and inspiring Art Teacher who loves helping students express their individuality through visual arts? A high-achieving and well-regarded secondary school in Oxford is seeking an enthusiastic Art Teacher to join its vibrant Creative Arts Faculty from January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to teach in a school celebrated for its academic excellence, inclusive ethos, and strong commitment to the arts.

The Role

You will teach Art & Design across KS3–KS5, delivering engaging, imaginative lessons that nurture creativity, confidence, and technical skill. Students are encouraged to explore a variety of artistic disciplines, from drawing, painting, and sculpture to digital art and photography. As part of the role, you’ll also contribute to the school’s rich creative enrichment programme, helping to organise art exhibitions, community projects, and national competitions.
