A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join a highly regarded Staffordshire secondary school from January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent role ideally suited to ECTs beginning their teaching career, as well as experienced Art practitioners.

About the Role
The school is seeking an imaginative and inspiring Art Teacher who can deliver engaging, ambitious lessons across the Art, Craft and Design curriculum. You will support students as they develop key artistic skills, creative confidence and an understanding of visual culture. The role includes teaching a broad range of media and techniques, including drawing, painting, printmaking, textiles and 3D work. You will support students through the creative process from research and experimentation to final outcomes and evaluation. ECTs will receive structured mentoring, dedicated NQT time, collaborative planning opportunities and continuous professional development.
Experience and Qualifications
- QTS/PGCE in Art or related discipline
- ECTs encouraged and fully supported
