An established school in Hillingdon is seeking an experienced Admissions Manager to oversee its admissions function and ensure families receive a professional and well-organised experience throughout the process.

This is a senior administrative position suited to someone who has a strong understanding of school admissions and is comfortable taking ownership of processes, deadlines and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the admissions process from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

  • Manage applications, offers, admissions records and key deadlines.

  • Act as a senior point of contact for prospective parents and families.

  • Work closely with senior leaders and the wider administration team.

  • Liaise with Local Authorities and other schools.

  • Coordinate admissions events, visits and meetings.

  • Maintain accurate pupil and admissions data.

  • Review and improve admissions processes where appropriate.

  • Provide guidance and support to other members of the admissions team.

About You

The successful candidate will have strong previous admissions experience, ideally within a school, college or independent education setting.

You will need excellent organisation, communication and customer-service skills, together with the confidence to manage sensitive information and competing deadlines.

Experience managing or supervising an admissions function would be highly desirable.
