We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and experienced Site Manager to join an Outstanding secondary school in Oxford. Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in site management, facilities, or estates maintenance (school experience desirable)
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations, COSHH, and risk assessment
- Ability to manage maintenance staff, contractors, and budgets effectively
- Skilled in general maintenance, minor repairs, and compliance record-keeping

- Relevant trade, IOSH, or facilities qualification desirable
