Our client is seeking a Head of Science to start January or earlier. This is a full-time, permanent post leading a successful, high-performing Science Department. The role involves overseeing Biology, Chemistry and Physics from KS3–KS5, ensuring high-quality teaching, strong outcomes and a supportive learning environment for a highly motivated student cohort.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree in a Science subject
- Teaching qualification with QTS
- Experience teaching KS4/KS5
- Previous leadership or responsibility experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR, dependent on experience.
