Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous caretaking, site maintenance or facilities experience desirable
  • Strong practical skills across basic repairs, maintenance and DIY
  • Good understanding of health & safety, safeguarding and site security
  • Ability to communicate well with staff, students and contractors
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
  • Reliable, proactive and able to prioritise tasks effectively

Salary: Support staff scale, dependent on experience.
