- Specialist Teaching: Deliver personalised lessons to pupils with a range of additional needs.

- Communication: Support pupils' language, communication and social-development skills.
- Behaviour: Establish predictable routines and positive behaviour strategies.
- Individual Targets: Contribute to personalised learning plans and progress reviews.
- Multi-Agency Working: Liaise with families, support staff and external professionals.
- Assessment: Monitor academic, social and emotional progress.
