The Marchant-Holliday School is seeking a resourceful Residential Childcare Practitioner to join our residential team. You will help create a warm, nurturing boarding environment where pupils feel safe and valued, supporting emotional development and wellbeing beyond the school day.
You will work evenings, stay overnight for sleep-ins, and assist with meals, activities and routines, aligning with a cohesive 24-hour approach and strong relationships across the school community.
