We are looking for a detail-driven Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our Finance Team. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems and keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of six AP Assistants
- Oversee the day-to-day processing of high-volume invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Monitor the AP inbox and workflow queues, ensuring queries are resolved promptly
- Process supplier invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Playing an active role in our new ERP system integration, supporting and helping the team adapt to new ways of working
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable supervision or senior AP role
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP processes and financial controls
- Experience Supervising and developing a team
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in AP/ERP finance systems and Excel
