Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Monitor KPIs and service levels to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across transactional finance processes, leading initiatives to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
- Design and implement scalable processes to support business growth and increased transaction volumes while supporting integration of newly acquired businesses into shared services operations.
- Act as key liaison between shared services and business units, collaborating with IT, procurement, and finance teams to deliver cross‑functional improvements and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements, supporting audit processes and maintaining documentation for compliance purposes and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications and Skills
