We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our growing team.

Working on a wide range of equipment and systems, you'll utilise your mechanical and electrical expertise to carry out installations, maintenance, breakdowns, and diagnostic works on compressed air systems
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and responding to emergency breakdowns to minimise customer downtime.
- Performing planned preventative maintenance and providing expert recommendations to improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Supporting the installation, commissioning, and optimisation of compressed air systems at customer sites.
- Building strong relationships with customers, providing technical advice and becoming a trusted engineering partner.
- Identifying opportunities to deliver additional value and solutions that support customer requirements.
- Completing service documentation and technical reports accurately, ensuring customers receive clear and professional recommendations.
- Contributing to commissioning projects and supporting customer training where required.
- Working safely and professionally at all times, carrying out risk assessments and adhering to site-specific safety requirements.

- Participating in the on-call rota, helping to deliver the responsive service our customers rely on.

- Experience working with compressed air systems, including their controls, servicing, maintenance, and performance optimisation.
- The ability to diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and undertake maintenance across a wide range of compressed air equipment, including screw compressors.
- Strong technical assessment skills, with the confidence to evaluate equipment performance and recommend practical engineering solutions.
- A solid engineering background, supported by relevant qualifications and a commitment to continuous professional development.
- A professional and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and represent the business positively with customers.
- Excellent communication and IT skills, enabling you to build strong customer relationships and produce high-quality service reports and recommendations.
