We are seeking experienced and motivated Site Supervisors to join our growing team at MARCH. Reporting to the Site Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with site teams, management, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure works are delivered in line with project programmes.
  • Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture across all site operations.
  • Liaise directly with customers and residents to coordinate access and schedule works within private properties.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, safe systems of work, and site safety regulations.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day site operations, including site-based procurement and resource management.
  • Complete and submit weekly site reports and project returns accurately and on time.
  • Ensure the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of projects.
  • Monitor quality standards and work closely with clients to ensure all project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Support the Site Management team in achieving project objectives, programme targets, and operational excellence.

Skills, Experiences & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
  • Strong customer liaison and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrable commitment to maintaining safe, efficient, and well-organised sites.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid CSCS Card and relevant trade qualifications and training.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
  • EUSR Water Hygiene Card (desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable).
