We are now recruiting an Electrical Improver / Labourer to support our growing portfolio of projects Nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation, modification, and maintenance of electrical installations under supervision.
- Carry out electrical work in accordance with instructions provided by an Approved Electrician or Supervisor.
- Assist with containment installation, cable pulling, glanding, terminating, and fixing electrical components.
- Use basic electrical tools, equipment, and materials safely and correctly.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions with guidance.
- Support inspection and testing activities, including preparing installations for testing.
- Identify and report faults or hazards to supervising electricians.
- Comply with the IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671), health and safety legislation, and company procedures.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards on site.
- Accurately record work completed and materials used when instructed.
- Engage professionally with team members, site management, and clients.
