As the Contracts Manager you will oversee the delivery of planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, and small works projects across multiple sites for one of our key clients. This role is critical in ensuring contractual compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional client satisfaction across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the delivery of PPM schedules, ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate reactive maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to client operations.
- Plan and deliver small works projects, from initial scoping through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence.
- Monitor contract performance against KPIs and SLAs, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide transparent updates on service delivery and project progress.
- Manage budgets for maintenance and small work, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
- Prepare forecasts, manage variations, and ensure accurate invoices in line with contractual terms.
- Ensure all workers comply with health & safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory inspections.

- Proven experience in Hard Services FM, including self‑delivery and subcontractor management.
- A sound technical background, supported by recognised M&E qualifications.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to direct and manage a team.

- Strong understanding of building services and compliance requirements.
