Our client is looking for an experienced European ER & Policy Manager to join their dynamic People Team, supporting HR operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of complex ER casework, influence HR policy across Europe, and work closely with international teams and senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities of a European ER & Policy Manager:
- Managing complex employee relations cases across Europe (grievance, disciplinary, redundancy, performance)
- Partnering with European HR teams and Works Councils
- Supporting and implementing HR policy across multiple regions
Key competencies of a European ER & Policy Manager:
- Proven experience in complex ER case management
- Confident stakeholder management across multiple countries
Open to candidates currently based in Europe - visa sponsorship will be considered where required.
