As a Social & Influencer Manager, you'll lead and deliver impactful social media and influencer strategies across multiple European markets. This is a hands-on role within a growing team, combining creative thinking, data insight, and strategic planning to build high-performing campaigns. You'll collaborate with regional stakeholders, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead influencer activations and premium events for key European campaigns.
- Develop and deliver creative, insight-led social and influencer strategies.
- Oversee influencer contracting, briefing, content creation, and approvals.
- Create reporting frameworks to measure ROI and campaign performance.
- Build relationships across regional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Stay ahead of social trends and share best practices to drive innovation.
Key competencies:
- Proven experience in social and influencer marketing with strong campaign management skills.
- Confident balancing creative ideas with data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple complex projects.
- Skilled in reporting, analysis, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint.
- Multilingual or culturally aware, with experience across European markets preferred.
