Our client are seeking a Sales Administrator to play a key role in supporting the global Sales team and act as the vital link between Sales, Finance, and Operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient sales process from processing sales orders to managing trial stock and assisting with key customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all incoming sales orders
  • Manage orders via Sage, Salesforce.com, and Halo
  • Liaise with couriers and prepare necessary shipping documentation
  • Track and confirm payments with Finance
  • Generate invoices, credit notes, and warranty/license reports
  • Handle customer inquiries related to shipping and billing
  • Take card payments and verify BACS transfers
  • Produce weekly sales reports
  • Manage outbound and return logistics for trial stock
  • Ad-Hoc Admin Support
  • Assign and distribute sales leads
  • Maintain product listings in Salesforce

Key attributes

  • Experience using Sage, Salesforce.com and MS Office (essential)
  • Experience using Halo (desirable)
