Our client is looking for an experienced European ER & Policy Manager to join their dynamic People Team, supporting HR operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of complex ER casework, influence HR policy across Europe, and work closely with international teams and senior stakeholders. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and making a real impact - this role offers all three.

Responsibilities of a European ER & Policy Manager:

  • Managing complex employee relations cases across Europe (grievance, disciplinary, redundancy, performance)
  • Partnering with European HR teams and Works Councils
  • Leading investigations and advising on ER strategy
  • Supporting and implementing HR policy across multiple regions

Key competencies of a European ER & Policy Manager:

  • Proven experience in complex ER case management
  • Strong knowledge of European employment law
  • Experience working with Works Councils (essential)
  • Confident stakeholder management across multiple countries

Open to candidates currently based in Europe - visa sponsorship will be considered where required.
