Reporting into the VP, Supply Chain UK & Ireland, you will play a crucial role in balancing supply and demand, optimizing inventory, and ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Coordination – Manage and optimize demand and supply planning to ensure product availability while minimizing costs.
- Forecasting & Analysis – Generate statistical forecasts, incorporate sales projections, and analyze supply capabilities for accurate planning.
- Capacity & Inventory Management – Assess long-term production capacity, identify material constraints, and analyze inventory levels, rotation, and logistics capacity.
- S&OP Optimization – Review and enhance Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) performance to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Performance Monitoring – Track key metrics, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Key attributes
- Minimum 3 years of experience in planning, controlling, or similar fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in statistical forecasting and data analysis.
- Ability to work proactively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in SAP systems and MS Office.
