Responsibilities of a European ER Policy Manager Managing complex employee relations cases across Europe (grievance, disciplinary, redundancy, performance) Partnering with European HR teams and Works Councils Leading investigations and advising on ER strategy Supporting and implementing HR policy across multiple regions Key competencies of a European ER Policy Manager Proven experience in complex ER case management Strong knowledge of European employment law Experience working with Works Councils (essential) Confident stakeholder management across multiple countries Open to candidates currently based in Europe - visa sponsorship will be considered where required.
