Our client is looking for a Pharmacy Inbound Call Assistant to join their friendly and professional pharmacy team on a temporary basis. This role is key in ensuring our patients receive exceptional service and support when it comes to their prescriptions and healthcare queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to calls and emails regarding prescription queries.
- Supporting administrative and data-entry tasks as directed by your line manager.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
