Our client is seeking a Customer Service and Data Entry Admin to join their busy and growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who enjoys helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a supportive team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, responding to enquiries and working closely with internal departments to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders.
  • Acknowledge customer orders promptly.
  • Keep customers updated on the progress of their orders.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Process orders using the SAP system.
  • Update customer information accurately.
  • Place orders with Procurement when required.
  • Monitor backorders and provide customers with delivery updates.
  • Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Finance and other internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing of customer orders

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Previous administration experience desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • A team-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
