Our client are looking for a compassionate, organised and proactive Property Manager/Resident Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of their independent living community. Working alongside the Manager, you will help provide a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment where residents can live independently with dignity and security. You will also deputise for the Manager during periods of absence and take part in an emergency on-call rota. Hours: Part-Time, Weds-Fri, 16.5 hours Key Responsibilities * Assist with resident arrivals, departures and property allocations. * Monitor the condition, safety and cleanliness of the estate. * Coordinate repairs and liaise with contractors. * Carry out routine health and safety and compliance checks. * Maintain accurate records and documentation. * Support the wellbeing and independence of residents. * Respond to resident enquiries and welfare concerns, including safeguarding issues. * Provide emergency out-of-hours support as part of the on-call rota.
