Build strong relationships within regional People Teams and collaborate with employee representatives. Support ER investigations, conduct interviews, and create reports. Develop and propose solutions to ER cases and broader HR policies. Manage day-to-day casework and report to EOPT leadership. Implement HR policy changes with local teams and track ER data via dashboards. Ensure all ER-related documents are up-to-date and compliant with legal changes. Lead regional HR projects with an ER focus. Provide support in grievance and disciplinary processes when EOPT is involved.
Key competencies of a European ER:
- Strong knowledge of European HR policies and employment law (specializing in at least one country).
- Ability to advise on ER and HR policies to local People Teams.
