Our client is a growing 16-person business looking for an experienced Brand Marketer to take ownership of its marketing activity and help grow its brand across key business sectors. This is a standalone, hands-on marketing role, working closely with the wider team to develop engaging campaigns and content that build brand awareness, increase engagement and followers, generate inbound leads and support commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the company’s marketing strategy, campaigns and content calendar.
- Build and grow the company’s presence across digital channels, particularly LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content that strengthens the brand and supports commercial objectives.
- Identify industry news, trends and insights and turn them into relevant content and campaigns.
- Work with internal stakeholders to source ideas, expertise and content.
- Monitor performance and use insights to improve engagement and results.
- Support the sales team with targeted marketing activity that generates opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity and tone of voice.
