Our client are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Liaison Officer to join our Customer Service team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering efficient, professional administrative and logistical support to customers, internal management and technical experts. You will be responsible for progressing defined administration tasks to completion, ensuring processes run smoothly and that both internal KPIs and customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
Please note: 20-25 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate customer visits and associated logistics
- Liaise with a range of stakeholders for excellent communication
- Process pre- and post-visit documentation
- Arrange travel and accommodation bookings
- Act as a primary contact for customer enquiries, ensuring timely responses
- Identify and resolve issues in collaboration with stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and internal databases
- Support meetings, conferences and training events (including minute taking where required)
- Escalate issues appropriately in line with KPIs
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Confident using databases and internal systems
