Overview of a HR Advisor
The HR Advisor will sit in the People Operations team, reporting to the Head of People Operations who has overall responsibility for the central Advisory function. You will work alongside 3 other HR Advisors and a HR Coordinator who support 5 HR Business Partners. The HR Business Partnering and Advisory Team look after circa 1600 employees and partner colleagues.
Responsibilities of a HR Advisor
- Employee Relations - Manage cases fairly, supporting People Managers and Business Partners.
- Policy & Compliance - Advise on policies, ensuring legal alignment and updates.
- Recruitment & Workforce - Support hiring, headcount, and workforce planning.
- Business Change - Assist with reorganisations, consultations, and settlements.
- HR Projects - Drive process improvements and collaborate with key teams.
