Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Director of Marketing & Communications to lead and deliver a high-impact marketing and communications strategy that drives revenue growth, builds brand authority and increases market share.
This is a senior leadership role with budget ownership and line management responsibility, ideal for a strategic marketer who is equally comfortable at board level and in hands-on delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver the marketing and communications strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Own and manage the marketing budget, performance reporting and KPIs.
- Plan and execute integrated, omni-channel campaigns across digital, content, events and PR.
- Protect and develop the brand and value proposition, ensuring consistent messaging.
- Oversee content, website, SEO/SEM and social media to increase awareness, engagement and lead generation.
- Partner with sales, senior leadership and product teams to support demand creation.
- Lead webinars, events and market research activity to strengthen brand impact.
- Manage internal communications to align employees with external messaging.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Support international and global network engagement where required.
- Proven senior marketing leadership experience within a complex, regulated or professional services environment.
- Strong commercial focus with demonstrable success in driving revenue through marketing activity.
- Experience delivering integrated, omni-channel campaigns across digital, content, events and PR.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, website optimisation and performance analytics.
- Confident budget holder with robust reporting and KPI management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
- People leadership experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Experience working in accreditation, standards, training, advisory or similar sectors is advantageous.
