As a Junior Retail Experience Manager, you will support the delivery of high-quality in-store retail experiences across key retail partners. Working closely with Senior Retail Experience Managers, you will help ensure retail activations are delivered on time, to agreed standards, and consistently maintained. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, coordination, and operational support, ideal for someone early in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of in-store activations, promotions, and retail executions.
- Carry out store checks to ensure layouts, POS, and messaging meet agreed standards.
- Identify and escalate execution issues, supporting timely resolution.
- Assist with retail space compliance and maintaining strong in-store visibility.
- Support retail projects by tracking actions, timelines, and deliverables.
- Liaise with agencies, installers, and internal teams to support smooth delivery.
Key competencies:
- Strong attention to detail with an organised and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Interest in retail environments and shopper journeys.
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
- Early career experience in retail, merchandising, field marketing, or project coordination.
- Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools.
