Overview of an Executive Assistant
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the VP of TV & AV, acting as a trusted extension of the leadership team. This is a varied and fast-paced role involving diary management, project coordination, event management and close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities of an Executive Assistant
- Provide comprehensive executive support, including complex diary management, meeting coordination and preparation of professional documentation
- Manage and support departmental projects, events and team activities, ensuring effective planning, organisation and delivery
- Coordinate travel, expenses, supplier administration and office requirements in line with internal processes and budgets
- Act as a key point of contact, supporting communication, problem-solving and collaboration across teams and stakeholders

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient IT skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
