Our client in the recruitment industry are seeking an outgoing, highly motivated and driven Telesales Executive to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development strategies and meeting revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads to meet revenue targets.
- Use telephone sales, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business from client companies.
- Market high-quality candidates across various industries, including F&S, Telecoms & M&E.
- Meet personal KPIs, including decision-maker calls, starts, booked meetings, and prospect growth.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of industry-specific value propositions.
- Follow CRM processes to analyse and track clients, contacts, and prospects.
- Set up and conduct business development presentations.
- Convert hot leads from the Delivery team and measure success.
- Attend and host corporate hospitality events to enhance business relationships.
