We are March the UKs leading provider of critical engineering services. Our expertise as a multi-disciplinary engineering partner across infrastructure, process and digital services has led to long term partnerships with leading organisations in everything from food and drink and utilities to high-security industries such as defence, aerospace and nuclear. We are now looking to recruit an additional HR Advisor to join our team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our HR function and will involve providing comprehensive HR support across the business. The successful candidate will work closely with managers and employees, offering guidance on a wide range of HR matters, ensuring that our HR policies are implemented effectively, and contributing to the development of HR initiatives that align with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and support on employee relations issues, including but not limited to absence management, disciplinary, grievances, TUPE, and redundancies, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and best practices.
