As Marcenta opens a mini bulk desk covering 1,000–3,000 DWT tonnage, we're looking for an Operations Executive to run the post-fixture side — from NOR to final discharge — for a fleet built around short‑sea and regional trades.

- Flag discrepancies early and support the broker on dispute resolutionExperience in dry bulk post-fixture operations, ideally on smaller/mini bulk tonnage
- Comfortable managing multiple fast-turnaround voyages at once
- Strong grasp of laytime, demurrage and charter party terms
- Clear, organised communication with owners, agents and charterers
