MARCA Media is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and help power the next phase of our agency’s development offering. You’ll work across Shopify and custom stacks to deliver back-end functionality, integrate third-party platforms, and craft bespoke solutions that give our clients a performance edge. From idea to execution, you’ll be embedded in a multidisciplinary team that includes strategists, designers, and CRO specialists - all focused on one thing: scaling consumer brands smartly.
- Build and maintain ecommerce websites (primarily Shopify-based)
- Own back-end architecture and server-side logic
- Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to align on performance goals
- Manage data migrations from legacy platforms to Shopify
- Troubleshoot, adapt and find solutions without supervision
- Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and coding best practices
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in full stack web development
- Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript foundations
- Strong understanding of APIs, and client/server interactions
- Node (or other JS runtimes like Deno, Bun) proficiency
- Database experience with MySQL, or similar
- Confident writing raw SQL and using query builders
Bonus Points For:
- React.js or similar framework knowledge
- Experience with Linux servers and SSH
- Experience working with AWS (EC2, S3, etc.)
- Experience with TailwindCSS or other CSS preprocessors
- Experience with Laravel (or modern PHP frameworks)
