The Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Trading Coordinator plays a key role in driving online revenue growth through effective digital marketing execution, site merchandising, and performance analysis in EMEA. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with marketing, merchandising, creative, and tech teams to ensure digital campaigns are executed flawlessly and the e-commerce platform delivers an engaging, conversion-focused experience.

Job responsibilities

  • E-Commerce Trading: Assist in the daily management of the website, including homepage, landing pages, product listing pages, and promotions.
  • E-Commerce Trading: Support the execution of the trading calendar, product drops, and seasonal campaigns to meet revenue targets.
  • E-Commerce Trading: Collaborate with the global team to ensure product content, imagery, pricing, and categorisation are correct by country.
  • E-Commerce Trading: Utilise analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Power BI & MicroStrategy) to monitor KPIs like conversion rate, AOV, and bounce rate.
  • Digital Marketing: Coordinate the execution of email marketing campaigns including briefing, scheduling, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Digital Marketing: Assist in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, affiliates) with external agencies.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team on influencer and social media campaigns to ensure alignment with trading priorities.
  • Digital Marketing: Support SEO efforts through content optimisation, keyword tracking, and product descriptions.
  • Digital Marketing: Help create campaign briefs and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
