We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Management Accountant to join a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. This is a hands-on role offering high visibility, with regular exposure to senior management and the opportunity to influence business performance across the group.

This role reports to the European Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts across multiple entities, ensuring accurate, timely and insightful financial reporting. You will play a key role in supporting decision‑making by presenting clear analysis and commentary to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and ownership of monthly group management accounts across a complex, multi-entity structure
  • Production and presentation of financial reports, analysis and KPIs to senior management
  • Detailed inventory accounting, including valuation, movements, provisions and reconciliations
  • Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis with meaningful commercial insight
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and month‑end close processes
  • Continuous improvement of reporting processes and financial controls
  • Close collaboration with operational teams to understand and explain financial performance

Requirements

  • Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Proven hands‑on management accounts experience within a complex or multi‑entity environment
  • Strong inventory accounting experience (essential)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis; Power BI experience advantageous)Confident communicator with experience presenting financial information to senior management
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
